Using a simple method of counting your macros in 3,2, and 1, I will create the perfect balance for your fitness goals for each meal and snack. You will be able to eat most of your favorite foods while on this journey! I will teach you how this can become second nature to you while you are out with friends eating at restaurants and enjoying your life. You will be able to make the foods you love in a perfect healthy balance of protein, carbs and fats. Once you know how to track your macros, “eyeing” the 3,2,1 portions will become second nature to you.

I look forward to guiding you to an easier life and relationship with Nutrition!

Nutrition is 80% of your fitness goal program, while working out is only 20%, it is very important to carve out just 30 min a day 3,4 times a week. I will offer you workout goals to help you find success. As a continuous practice, I offer workout "suggestions" that go along with your 80% nutrition plan. With the two combined, you'll find this approach of ease and freedom to choose your journey as you push forward with your goals. 

I'll be here every step of the way though the Member section as I am easily contactable on my App. Book a consultation with me to go over your goals!

Building a new lifestyle, especially with nutrition and fitness, can be hard to do alone. This is why I have put together a warm community where participants can choose to work on their goals in a group environment. Through the members section, participants will be able to interact with other group members, share tips and tricks for the week, express challenges, and motivate each other! I invite you to join an upcoming Killer Body Challenge Group! The accountability with like minded individuals will give you the boost you need to achieve your goals!

Eating healthy and working out has been in our home forever! I finally wanted to listen to my heart and change careers to something I have been doing my entire adult life. Creating a program making counting macros as easy as 1,2,3 is how I will take you to your personal fitness goals. You will not need to “count” all day long by tracking them. I will teach you how to count them with each meal, making it so easy for you to follow.
