      Killer Nutrition Model

Know your healthy macronutrients, also known as “macros” Each is important and provides different functions in the body. They are carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Combined correctly they provide long lasting energy and nutrients to maintain health and longevity. It is important to consume all 3 with every meal and snack, based on your body composition, personal goals, exercise level and lifestyle. My program teaches you how you can have your favorite food while maintaining a healthy weight. I will teach you how to count your macros using a simple 3,2,1 system.

      Workout

      Killer Workout Model

When striving for a healthier lifestyle, your choice in food is 80% of the battle. While working out is 20%, it is so very important that you incorporate some gym time into your weekly schedule. All depending on your personal goals, I will give advice on your weekly workout to help you reach those goals. There may be times I need you to incorporate cardio, but many times I will want you to just lift weights. Your workout should never be longer than 30 minutes a day 3 to 4 times a week. I would never ask you to spend too much time in the gym. If you stick to your nutrition guidelines I gave you, you wont need to spend too much time working out.
